Shipping and Refund Policy
Canada and USA: Shipping is FREE!
Rest of the world: Shipping will be charged separately and the price varies depending on your location. If you would like a shipping quote, please contact hello@naileasarait.com or send me a DM before purchasing.
Orders have a preparation time of 2 to 3 business days, after that time you should keep in mind that it takes 8 to 10 business days to reach you (sometimes it is less or more depending on the destination). So you should expect between 13 to 15 days in total.
I offer a refund and/or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange.
Since each order is made to order and handmade. I cannot issue a full refund if the order is cancelled after it has been shipped.
Return and exchange requirements:
Item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
The item must be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt, order number or proof of purchase.
Orders that are not delivered due to an incorrect address will not be refunded.
We will also not refund items that were purchased in error. Unless they are the same price and type, you can email me at hello@naileasarait.com for a replacement.
Damaged, lost or stolen artwork or items will be replaced. No refunds will be given. And must be reported within 15 days of being shipped. Please note that detailed photos of the item will be requested.
Shipping
If your item applies for a refund, please send an email to hello@naileasarait.com to indicate the address where the item should be sent.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
